After passing by this shop several times in the basement of The Central, I decided to try it out as the shop seems quite interesting to me. Fine Cuts is a shop that sells raw meat (pork ribs, fish, steaks, sausages etc). You can pick your meat there and bring it home to cook.
Otherwise, like me, you can order the meat, add $8 for 2 side dishes and have a meal there at the few tables available in the shop.
The food here is simple but nice, just grilled meat with your side dishes. The waiter there was very patient, explaining the different cuts of the meat to me (sorry, I can't differentiate between ribeye, sirloin etc) and waiting for our orders. Overall, nice service.
We chose the Black Angus Beef Steak and Boneless lamb chops. Beef Steak was huge and nicely grilled, lamb chop was tender. If you have an expensive taste, you can try the Wagyu Beef which is 2-3 times the price of a Black Angus Steak.
A place to try if you are in a carnivorous mood.
